Word of the Day

These days I have been starting my day with playing Wordle of the day.

30 April

Today I started with the word ‘Float’ and managed to solve it in four steps. The word ‘Float’ came to mind because I have been operating on autopilot mode and it is time to step up and make some changes. The word of today was ‘Idler’. How the word of the day seems to strike a chord even though I am not exactly not doing anything. It is uncanny.Yesterday I first started with the word ‘Bingo’ followed by Brick then ‘Bliss’ was the answer for the day. Nice. I like to find the connection between the first word I begin with and the answer for the day when I play wordle.

Today i began with the Word ‘Prone’ followed by ‘Apple’ then ‘Adept’. Love it when I get it done in a couple of minutes. What am i adept at ? A good question. We had a scrumptious spread of food at a dinner party yesterday evening . Our hostess spent the whole day cooking and her husband helped to set up the table. She made sourdough bread the day before. Lovely bread indeed. It was a convivial evening. I would not be able to host a dinner party without any help. Our friend had some assistance from a help for only a couple of hours in the afternoon, it was definitely not an easy feat. I had a delightful time making acquaintance with a couple of dinner guests. The evening was peppered with animated conversations amongst the dinner guests as drinks and food were plentiful . It was a good party.
